Iodine

Thanks Glaxony--I didn't understand what you meant here though:

Lugol's is granular Iodine and potassium Iodide isn't it??

I was using the Lugol's 2.2% from Sunrise products, but the Dr now has me using Iodine (potassium iodide) from Biotics Research (150 mcg per drop)and he's having me put it under my tongue.

He told me to do the patch test, and I used the Lugol's. I don't know how good of an indicator it is, but it disappeared in 6 hours..he said over 24 hours is when it shows you aren't deficient--know anything about that? I'm deficient.
