I would try taking comfrey to heal the internal wound first. Are you taking Iodine to protect yourself from infection?

Enzymes are good for breaking down the protein sheath, might be helpful in penetrating cysts. Wormseed oil by Systemic Formulas will also penetrate the caps they put over their pockets. Experience by Awareness Life helps clean out pockets too.
