all i have done is call it like i see it. i think the magnascent iodine is more beneficial than regular I2, like that in lugols. thats based on experience. i think a lot of people could take much bigger doses and get tremendous benefit by taking KI seperately. it would take both products to replace what lugols does. i guess this makes lugols limited, in a sense. its still a great product and i take it almost daily. lugols is good, but i think magnascent and SSKI would give the best of both worlds and allow for individual dosage for both.
