Contrary to Zoebess's belief , Russia before the revolution was basically fuedal and almost everyone was skin and bones except a tiny minority that were extremely wealthy.When populist movements started creating unrest among impoverished peasants , rich landholders wanted to divert hostility over the extreme poverty of the peasants to a scapegoated minority , the jews, and this accounts for the use of these protocols as propaganda in Russia.Newport is likely a white guy that doesnt have any money and wants to blame his situation on the usual suspects, the Jews.The U.S today is nothing like Russia before the revolution sinse we have a substantial middle class and there is opportunity to raise one's economic circumstances , but there are people like newport that havent been able to get ahead and want to blame someone.
