I read your message and would like to find out more about it. I am new to this message board which I stumble upon by accident.
I am very interested to learn about your experience. One of my children has had dark circles under his eyes since adolescence and it has prevails into his early twenties. He gets easily distracted (kind of ADHD type of behavior) and is very sensitive to light and allergenes.
I have 'bags' under my eyes and I believe that my sinus condition might be contributor to it.
I have a child who has suffer from eczema and asthma for the last 14 yrs. (he is 14)
I have back problems, leg heaviness and numbness.
I wonder: What kind of diet do you follow nowadays? I have tried several food regimes, they seem to help for a while, then we are back to square 1. What 'flush' or 'cleansing worked for you and yours?
