I'm so sorry to hear that you have suffered so much.
I wonder how you can reduce your anxiety, as I'm sure your eating problems are likely to come from anxiety.
Anxiety can have so many sources and an interwining of various things including historical events (such as lack of secure attachments in early life), to the health of your body, and of your mouth (mercury fillings, root canals), the list goes on.
If I were you I would definately try and examine why the anxiety is there and try and work on eradicating its source; pull it out at the root so to speak. Once you get rid of the source, your problems (including the eating issues) should fade away.
