Re: Bone Density Test

I am a 53 yrs old woman(,post menapause.) A few years ago I became very sick with high amounts of aluminium and mercury in my blood stream. After having several treatments of ( i.v chealation) once a week for several mo, I lost bone mass. Yes, I got rid of the heavy metals but at the same timeI lost bone mass.(low calcium )last year my t score was 1.0 At this time it reads 1.9.. What can I do to stop or reverse this with out taking medication. , thank you so much for your help.
