Scoliosis

Inversion does help in correcting scoliosis. Barefoot herbalist recommends using inversion tables.

I personally beleive full inversion ( completely upside down) is most beneficial if you can do it. Just try to do it, for at least 5 minutes. ( i know ankles really hurt when fully inverted) Turn your head from side to side while fully inverted. It really gives a good exercise to cervical spine and helps in increasing its flexibility.

I WAS experincing some hair loss when I started inversions. Now it has stopped. I am not very sure, but sometimes, I do feel hair is growing faster. Also I feel hair density has improved.

Although, a chiro can help when a person is really down with back ache, but good yoga exercises and inversions can help. Not everyone has accessibility and money to get a good chiro.

I only beleive in cheap cures which are avialble to one and all.
