I read a few articles on the internet that suggested Water Fasting for 10 days can lower blood pressure permanently if you continue with a good diet afterwords.
I'm wondering if its even true or if there are more details on it any place.
I'm currently on my 4th day of water only and its quite a bit less fun than other ways I know I can lose weight. so the real reason I'm doing it is for the benefit in lower blood pressure.
