hey - i've been on the Water Fasting support forum for awhile and found this one and thought i'd join both =] since my main reason for fasting is weight loss. Today is day 6 for me - down to 175.5 from 185 (9.5lbs! yay!) and i cheated and ate a slice of frozen peach today but eh =P rules were made to be broken weren't they? <3 hehe
I was wondering of the more experienced fasted here, who has kept the weight off after the fast?
how many days was your fast -- how long ago was it -- what was your starting weight and ending weight, and height -- how much did you keep off and for how long -- and how??
