Congrats on your progress!

Like Amarand, I simply cannot imagine working out 3 hours a day - fast or no fast...lol...but that's part of why I have all the extra weight.

I've been trying to eat as little as possible during my 5 days between fasts. I came off my last fast Friday evening and I'm doing another fast starting this Thursday.
