I agree with you - the American diet does cause many problems.



"I'm glad to be able TO be able to stay home and research...but then too, sometimes the more the pieces of the puzzle fall together, the less I wish I knew."

LOL! I can appreciate that statement. In time (I hope) you'll begin to feel more comfortable and the puzzle pieces begin to fill their places in the entire picture. It is when you can look at the entire picture that you'll begin to feel more comfortable with the information that you've researched.
