livingwaters, I haven't tried urine in a Neti pot. I sniffed some urine and found it irritating and stinging. I wouldn't want it dried up in my nose. Semen smells more soothing to me. I understand there may be people who have the opposite reaction. I don't know if dried urine would be as effective a barrier against allergens as dried semen. Although urine does have a little testosterone (and lots of other stuff), semen should have a higher concentration. If testosterone is one of the key ingredients in NST, then semen would be the best choice. Tweet
