Thanks for your suggession (and so quickly, too :) ), I'll try the kelp capsules, although I put kelp powder on my eggs or millet or whatever food at least twice a day - I guess I need more of that. Is there anything else I can do for thyroid support? Probably there is a forum here for that too and I'll check it out.
I love camomille and peppermint tea and I drink them throughout the day.
It seems everything started just couple of days ago (I started cleansing for about a week now) - I'm fine during the day but the mornings... - I hope this is all due to the toxins being cleaned out from my body.
