Thanks for your response. I tried so many times to do the master cleanse last year ..i stopped and restarted for almost  8 months. I got to the point that i just drained myself totally.  Raw sore tongue and no energy. The complete opposite of the first master cleanse I ever did.  And STILL i am at the same weight.  I have found that fasting is the ONLY way I can lose weight when I gain some.  I spent alot of time doing all different diets with NO success.  I did bodybuilding.  High protein/low carb ....currently  i am in ketosis and should be burning fat. BUt uh no. just maintaining my weight.  It really sucks! I have never really had much of a weight problem ever.. Always been thin all my life...I just eat to much sometimes and gain a few pounds then i try to lose it.  But after bodybuilding for 3 months i gained to much weight. Not muscle but fat. And I can't seem to get rid of it. UGGH. I am afraid to fast again. I dont know if my body can handle it but i am getting so desperate.

I am thinking in my case I will have a few glasses of water with superfood, And try to drink tea and water most of the day.  I don't know. I am so frustrated it's not even funny. It's more than just that. I make a living off a thin body and had to put my career on hold for an entire year. Because i gained weight. So i am really stressed out that I cannot lose this weight. Sorry for whining.  I don't know why this body wont drop weight when i want it to. I remember another time i had this problem. And I was schedule for some cosmetic surgery. I weighed 132 at that time and wanted to lose a few pounds. After surgery I had no problem losing weight.  The medicines they gave me jumpstarted weight loss somehow. Got me unstuck. Weird huh.
