What are you guys fasting on?

Natural Weight Loss
Remove toxins from the body, restore digestive function, lose weight and keep it off.

I can't do the master cleanse right now and have done the oj fast? What are you guys doing? and just water? i would not last.

Currently I am in keto but STILL not losing weight. I have never been able to lose weight unless i am fasting.
