I'm surprized Person B acted that way. Don't you hate it when someone dissappoints you like that? It's such a let down. Talk to who ever you want (I know you already know that). His behaviour would only get worse, not improve, if you dated him.

He'll be begging your forgiveness in a few days. They always do (sorry guys).

Keep posting and keep going with your fast - you're quite a strong person!
