Hah! I had a yeast donut today, sugared! [Updated]

That did it!

5 - 6 hours later, one urinary 'urgency', so far.

Hope this doesn't last the night.

We're going on the beach to metal detect at 5 in the morning. The cool of the morning used to give me urinary problems...and the darn washroom people don't open until at least 6!


I'll take precautions..again.

Sigh.


[Update - Sunday evening...the next day.]

Didn't!

...Urinary urgency didn't happen again through the night.

...Didn't sleep properly...only in this chair.

...Because of the remaining strength and well-being from my H. crystal mineral salts bath, and my newly re-found urinary calmness, I decided I was ready to go with my husband on his daily work...and didn't have to take urinary precautions. :D

...He awakened realizing it was Sunday, and that it is better to go metal-detecting on the beach on Monday morning, after the weekenders are done cavorting and dropping things. So we didn't go treasure-hunting at 5 a.m., but will tomorrow.

...My kidney/adrenal areas still didn't hurt again today. Amazing!


I DID, however, buy another box of H. crystal mineral salts, fine grind...for dh to experience the bath. He'll have it tonight.

I'd have bought two boxes but I wasn't carrying enough cash. I'll be bathing in this frequently, forever. Luckily, it is suggested that we only need to use 3 or 4 good handfuls of the mineral salts in 'follow-up' baths. We'll see.
