I am so happy/content that I'll stick my neck out, once more.
I seem now to control my own urinary 'urgency'...at last!
(I resist doing a Snoopy happy dance...in case I get smacked up alongside the head, from any direction.)
A while back I asked a question in the Ask CureZone forum...
//www.curezone.org/forums/fm.asp?i=1192325#i
"What is in beer...that makes you feel like peeing?
Because that is the same stuff that irritates me at the best of times, and causes urinary urgency/frequency.
And, where else are we getting this stuff?"
As you can see, I got several excellent suggestions from CureZoners.
Purely guessing, I decided to cut out, or down on, yeast...in other words, bread, and beer, etc.
I don't yet know for sure why, but, for the first time in four or five years, the 'urgency' is gone...I can make it to the bathroom easily. And, wonder of wonders, I am close to sleeping through the night...without bathroom 'trots'.
I wish I had the words to say what a difference this makes in my feelings! I feel like I have rejoined the human race. ...That I have a chance of healing from all my other 'symptoms', too.
I am no longer a 'basket case'.
Tell you what I'm going to do...
...If this freedom continues, and I am able to sleep longer and longer periods of time, get some rest at night when I'm supposed to, etc., I'll try to pin down exactly what is working and write it here.
Even if it doesn't continue I'll try to figure out why and tell you.
I've eaten some cheddar cheese recently, and at our favorite Chinese buffet (choosing less and less stuff that contains
Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) and fermented soy), so not all fermented foods are affecting me adversely.
I've also done four rounds of Humaworm in the past year and a half (90-day rests in between), so there could be something in that.
I continue to smoke (ugh), but I have cut back considerably. Maybe that did it.
Hang in there, folks...there is hope for us all!
Please add your suggestions, suspicions, and, hopefully, your conclusions...we'll get to the bottom of this!
My best,
Fledgling
