I am interested in hearing opinions regarding the low carb/Atkins type diet. Have been diagnosed w/PCOS and recommended to eat this way. I have done this type of thing before and had troubles w/constipation. This is a very meat/protien/fat heavy way of eating and seems to be against what everyone here says is the right way to eat. Funny though, the nearly vegetarian/low fat mostly raw diet has not had much effect on my health. Would like some guidance. Thanks, Laura
