Re: I am really concerned now

Hi there,

Congratulations on taking a step in the positive direction. This is the high road, so it may be a bit tough, but in the long run, you'll be thankful that you haven't further polluted your body with Antibiotics and other unnecessary money-makers for doctors.

Do your best to keep eating healthy.

What kind of fast did you do? Did you feel as though you got a lot of toxins out while you were doing it?

If you plan to fast again in the future, I recommend getting the book "The Tao of Health, Sex, and Longevity" by Daniel Reid. His fast is easy and powerful (as easy as any fast can be).

It sounds like what you need is an outline of what to do to eat more healthy. You can read this website, especially, "Foods that Heal" and "Foods the Kill"

Also, you need to start doing Liver Cleanses. Your liver does soooo much. It filters your blood, converts hormones, gets rid of excess hormones, and much much more. Start doing the Hulda Clark Liver Cleanses every two weeks. Read more here:
//www.curezone.org/cleanse/liver/huldas_recipe.asp

Also, get yourself some Milk Thistle to support your liver. You can get tablets, and take them as directed.

I know this is a lot for a college student, but hang in there. Your body needs your attention, and the Acne is a message that something is out of balance.

There's a lot to take in, but this is where I'd start.

Good luck, and have a great semester!

Keep us posted!
KarenMarie
