I am really concerned now
A week of fasting (to clear up my acne)and I have my period again (in this week I consumed in raw state: beans, onions, galic, carrot, cucumber and ofcourse apples, oranges, V8 (organic tomota drink), (V8 mixed fruit drink)- both without sweeteners but from concentrate, chocklate flavourded and soy milk). I had just finished my period on the 3rd Jan.
I am really concerend- is this a good or bad sign? Doctors said the reason for my
Acne was hormonal imbalance but they never found me a solution not did I though the intensity varies from time to time).
I broke the fast a while ago- had about 8 almonds and two bowls of cereal. I am a student and I feel very hungry since our routine is very demanding- it was hard to fast even for a week and I chated twice but overall i was ok. But now I feel i can't take it anymore. What should i do? Today i bought myself lots of spinach- had a bowl full of that earlier in teh eveing when i had not intentio of breaking my fast. i still intend to eat healthy but I need to incorporate some cooked food too. i don't know if that is the demand of my taste buds or stomach?
Please help!
