Your answer: One may get the Max Benefit when just mixing enough Lime water to the drink to cut most of the weak Acids, "But", not enough to cause the drink to taste Chaulky ! So, the amount of Lime water needed will vary with the amount of Lemon juice or ACV one chooses to use !End.
My question: Does that mean that the ML drink must not be (too much) alkaline, around pH 7, if I were to measure its pH? What about those who try to sell water systems to make alkaline water? Not beneficial if not with acid counterpart for EM energy? But what about our own acidity to counteract the alkaline water?

Answer: Use your taste buds to tell you how the drink should be, as some times one may need it a little more Acidic and other times one may need it a little more Alkaline and the body may Crave it one way or the other at Different times?
The problem with water softeners may be that most of them soften the water using Sodium, which may add to Heart problems later on in Life from too much Sodium !
As far as our Digestive system working properly, if "WE" are Healthy with a Good Digestive system, then as we eat more Alkaline Foods, our Digestive system will Release more Acids to react against this additional Alkalinity to provide for Greater Energy release !
But, when "WE" are Sick and Diseased our Digestive system is too Weak and is not able to Release more Digestive Acids when "WE" add additional Alkalinity, thus preventing "US" from utilizing the additional Alkalinity !
Thus the Reason for learning to Balance the Acids against the Alkalines of the drink for Best Energy utilization !
