--Balancing the Lime water in the drink--
Hi WIEL,
Your question: Hi again Mr. Moreless
I feel I have great need of calcium and magnesium. I have 3 questions:
1)What is the maximum amount of lime water one can take per ML drink with 1tbs ACV + 1tbs BSM? (read often in forum 20tbsp or when taste is chalky}
So ultimately to take more calcium we have to take more drinks.
2)I take probably a little more than 1/8 teaspoon of ES throughout the day, I haven’t tried more, but given that: what is the maximum total amount of lime water one can take in one day for a big guy like me who is pretty tall, large framed and much overweight ans who has been acidic for decades?
Answer: One may get the Max Benefit when just mixing enough Lime water to the drink to cut most of the weak Acids, "But", not enough to cause the drink to taste Chaulky ! So, the amount of Lime water needed will vary with the amount of Lemon juice or ACV one chooses to use !End.
3) finally, what is the sign of taking too much calcium?
Thanks in advanced
WIEL
Answer: Too much Calcium as Lime water into the Digestive system may Cause one to become Constipated by Drying out the Digestive system , if there was a lack of needed Sodium and Potassium in ratio to the amount of Calcium taken as Lime water !
But, this will not happen as long as one does not add enough of the Lime water to cause it to taste too Chaulky !
Thus the Simpleness of balancing the drink to the correct taste, not too Acidic and not too Chaulky !
How much Simpler can it be?
Cause and Effect !
Smile Tis your choice.
