Try iodine. Check out the
Iodine forum. At least 90% of us are deficient.
I used to be severely anemic. Some on CZ may not believe in iron supplements, but they saved my life. Take at night before bedtime if they make you nauseous.
Spirulina gives a real lift. Mix with orange juice to mask the taste.(pineapple or any juice is good, but orange really hides the taste if you don't like it) I actually like the greeny ocean taste. It is high in B12, has iron, iodine, trace minerals, protein, beta carotene, lots of good stuff. This is the very best I have found
