I used to be severely anemic. Some on CZmay not believe in iron supplements, but they saved my life. Take at night before bedtime if they make you nauseous.
Spirulina gives a real lift. Mix with orange juice to mask the taste. I actually like the greeny ocean taste. It is high in B12, has iron, iodine, trace minerals, protein, beta carotene, lots of good stuff.
