I think I had read enought to do this. Of course, I read about fasting every day now and plan to keep myself doing it. It is an education no one can get with just a few readings, I think.
Any way, I got some doubts. I started my first day today drinking a lot of water, pushing it, since I do not feel like drinking it. I have read that is a good idea to drink generously during the first 3 days of fasting and limit the water after those. On day 4th, I should only drink water if my body asks me to.
I will appreciate your opinions about this detail. I am may be wrong. I want to do things as best as I can.
