Yea I did the olive oil with lemonade and cayenne flush
But I thought it was just a gallbladder flush
I am in Venezuela right now so I have no access to buy supplements (and every time I buy some I die alittle inside from spending so much money)
Any simple way to do some kind of Liver Flush with just stuff from the supermarket? and hopefully no olive oil since I don't want a negative reaction.
