But please, unless you KNOW you can put a large quantity of Epsom Salts in your coffee enema solution...NEVER put 1/2 a cup of ES in a coffee enema. The most I've EVER put in the solution was 2 tablespoons - and once I did back-to-back coffee enemas with 2 tablespoons of ES in the coffee solution 'each enema', and it took me a full day to recover.
