I feel fine and it is helping with my diabetes. Many of the answers given on this forum have to do with ratios; calcium to magnesium, sodium to potassium, etc. I was just more curious if the original amounts given for the ML drink were given with respect to the ratios as well as to the ingredients. Too much of something is no good (saw a post in this forum lately where someone was taking 3 TBL od kelp a day and was told it was too much) and too little of something wouldn't help you either.
