Re: side effects after removal

Many people on this board say it takes up to 6 months to recover, some say it takes up to a year. I am 4 months post removal, and I think I have recovered for the most part, except for few days around my period, when I am emotional, exhausted, nauseated, etc. The rest of the month, I feel absolutely wonderful, both physically and mentally. Read about the crash that some of us go through on this board and take st johns warts, it's a natural antidepressant, it has worked well for me.
