side effects after removal

Hey there!
So I had the Merina removed on Monday 7 July 08. The doctor who took it out was not happy doing so or willing to give me more information on the side effects. She didn’t even tell me how long it will take my system to recover? Does any one know how long it takes more or less for your body to go back to its normal cycles including, hormonal levels etc?
Not sure what to take or what to do I'm nauseous and bloated feel uncomfortable still. How long will it take more or less for the nausea and bloatedness to subside? Is there something I can take to prevent the nausea or must I just wait it out ? Thank you for listening (erm reading) Love G
