I am lucky enough to get goat yogurt but if all you can get is cow yogurt then drain all the liquid off the yogurt until you have a thick cheese left. Refrigerate. Now take a 1/4 cup of the cheese and add enough purified water to make it the consistenacy of yogurt add 1.5 T. of flax seeds to your coffee grinder and grind to a fine powder. Mix the ground flax seeds in the yogurt mixture, with 1/8 t. cayenne (very important).
You can add a banana for taste or some kind of fruit. It doesn't change anything.
