KM- nothing in there that you couldn't get from a great diet and pure herbs. Why pay MLM prices? Ask the doc WHAT he likes in them and do it yourself.

My big ?? would be, why do you need "This plan uses a drink, a shake, a capsule, and a snack." to cleanse? Nothing more cleansing then STOPPING what you are doing - rather than adding. ie, juice fasting, etc.

See any of Schulzes 5 day cleanses and do them for the cost of garlic, cayenne, lemons, etc.
