Hello,
A respected naturopath has recommended a product to me for detox/cleansing to help with my digestive problems, as well as my allergies/sinus congestion (which are very much linked). The product he suggested, is actually promoted as a "fat burning" product, but he told me that he has seen many clients get dramatic healing results from using this product, including a woman who had chemo therapy 13 years before using the product. After many different cleanses, she said with this one, she could smell the chemo leaving her body.
I'm very skeptical of packaged products for cleansing. I like the basic cleanses using simple products. But, I feel so toxic, even after several fasts, that I'm getting desperate. This plan uses a drink, a shake, a capsule, and a snack.
My big concern is that one of the items on the plan, has sodium benzoate, as a preservative. Most of the other ingredients are more than I'd use, but don't seem too horrible, and it contains many herbs and vitamins.
The product is Isagenix (http://www.isagenix.com/products.html)
Normally, I'd run from something that is not more basic/natural especially one with a preservative, but I think I'm too tied to the outcome of getting better.
Does any one have any thoughts or input?
Thanks in advance!
KarenMarie
