what you do is start up taking lots of garlic,ginger,onions with evry meal, cut down on fatty,sugary,starchy foods. eat lots of fruits and vegies. flush your intestines daily with early morning water treatment, by drinking atleast four glasses,then working out for a while to make water do its work inide you system.
