I don't know if it sounds delicious, but I buy different grains and legumes at a health food store and try to rotate them every day.
Buckwheat, millet, and quinoa are very tasty to me. If they are just cooked, you don't need to refrigerate them for a while.
I like beans and peas, but before cooking I soak them for few hours in cold water. When they start boiling, I just pore out the hot water, rinse them, and add new cold. I do it three times.
