Hi PTree - you said to mix the Bentonite with water, but then you said to mix it with psyllium husks - do you mean I should put the Bentonite AND psyllium husks in the glass of water? or just mix the psyllium husks with the Bentonite alone? also-what are psyllium husks, and can I buy them at the local health food store, and what brand? Are they powdered? thanks for all you help man! ROB
