300% rise in MS cases due to fear of skin cancer?

Many studies have found a 3x higher incidence of MS in the last 100 yrs., and its prevalence is directly associated with higher latitudes. Searching military records and blood samples a team found the highest incidence of MS in the lowest blood serum levels of vit D, and the lowest rate in those with the highest vit D levels.

The big scare over the sun now keeps people in the south out of the sun, though basil and squamas cell cancer is easily treated. The melanoma rate in Scotland is 10x the rate of the naked sunbathing south coast of France, so it looks like the sun keeps you from getting that dangerous form of skin cancer.

Some people have a hard time converting UVB to vitamin d production, so a one time blood test might be advisable. 75 nmol/L is a minimum. Some people might need to take D3.
