My candida diet contains some sugar--if it didn't, i would be dead by now--slow sugars/carbs, 2 bowls of brown rice--and a bit of fructose, since after so many years on the diet, I reintroduced some fruit, without noticing any bad reaction.
Not the correct explanation for me, since the quantity of stevia I ingested was very small--1/2 teaspoon.
And it's EXACTLY the same reaction I get when I have a food allergy anyway--low blood Sugar does not send your heartbeat to 90/100 as far as I know.
