Is this gallstones or parasites?

hi,
I know for sure that I have Ascaris and I also experience pain in my liver - I've done a few Liver Flushes - the first few brought quite a lot of stones but the last 2 or 3 brought almost nothing. I still have a very bad pain on the right side - right under my breast though. So I really wonder weather it is a stuck stone or parasites or maybe something else? Is there any way to tell?

I did one humaworm cleanse and the only bugs I passed was ascaris, however it didn't kill it completely - I still have lots of them coming out with enemas. Is it possible they got somehow to my liver?
