Re: Questions for Thomas Zudrell
Hello,
Thank you for your question and the fact that you are not afraid to ask it in public.
I wish I could give you a clear and direct answer to your question and this might just be a bit more complicated.
As with all of life and our body especially we do not know all answers and most is a thing of try and error.
We lack the long term official studies with the Dorn Method but we have enough individually done tests and experiences to at least say that it is defintely worth a try.
The Dorn Method is based on natural laws of physics and anatomy and we understand that most actions of our body are in fact reactions to outside stresses that may lead to actual structural changes over time.
We try now to reverse exactly that mechanics by encouraging the structural system to adjust to the better alignement after the Dorn Therapy or the Dorn Method Self Therapy.
This requires a basic understanding of the Dorn Method and some body mechanics and most of all a little self discipline by doing the required self therapy exercises several time daily for a longer time period.
This time period is minimum two month and in some cases longer.
But it takes only a few minutes per day to do.
Together with necessary life-style changes, avoidance factors and possible other therapeutic approaches the Dorn Method is in my opinion the most effective manual therapy (actually it is a self therapy) available and i hope that future scientific studies will confirm that.
Feel free to contact me anytime for a more detailed coaching.
Good luck and fun with the Dorn Method
