Hi Thomas,
Recently I went to a chiropractic office in the area where I lived for help with neck pain and low back pain. X-rays were taken, and they revealed that I had no neck curvature left, and scoliosis towards the middle of my back. I have had some major health problems over the years, and the chiropractor said he thought all my problems were stemming from my spine problems.
After going to this office a few times, I got turned off by how fast I was moved through the treatments and how much it cost. So, I went somewhere else, and I'm starting to be turned off by the current place as well.
My husband and I recently ordered the Dorn method. My husband plans on learning the method. I just want to try the dorn method alone now, and forget about going to a chiropractor. Will the dorn method be able to help bring back some curvature in my neck, and help the scoliosis I have?
Thanks so much for your time!
