-unlikely, unless you did something while you were stressed and do not remember what you did to cause EC.

I think a lot of us got EC through picking/peeling/wiping off our lips to begin with right? I remember my lips were really cracked and that's why i peeled it off in the first place which then lead to the vicious cycle. Tweet
