neomi, I have read that this is symptom of adrenal fatigue (whatever that is). If so, I suspect the entire B complex might help. I'm beginning to have the same symptom. I fear that it is lack of sleep (adrenal fatigue?) due to allergies screwing up my sinuses along with everything else that wants to live in my sinuses.
