Thanks for answering so quickly. Just talked to my husband about going back to the shakes and not the capsules. He agrees the shakes are the better way. If your going to do it, you go for it. I was just hoping to minimize the shake deal. My husband and I are going to do it together, support team. I am sure I will talk to you again soon. I have read Dr. Anderson's book "Cleanse and Purify Thyself" over and over now, so I think we are ready. Just frightened to start. In his book, it says the people that are afraid the most are probably the people who need it the most. In the case with us, this is true. So wish us well. No more putting it off, we are on our way.
