Yes..water weight. Its normal even without fasting to see a change on the scale of 5-10 pounds. Those who exercise sometimes see a 15 pound change.
I am trying a new method thats easier than strait up fasting.
Its fasting every other day. A lot easier to stick to and you can sneak in some pizza here and there without guilt or sickness. (every other day to be exact!)
