Hi Genealogy,  yes when i had the mirena in i had really bad ringing in the ears and feeling of fulliness with a dull ache till this day 7 months post removal i still get the ringing in the ears not as bad though more like around my period and also i had really bad dizzines with it all as well when i had the mirena  it has taken me a while to recover and still recovering good luck hope goes all well for you
