Thanks, PTree! I'm kind of excited now!! I think it was helped along by switching to the powdered bentonite. I have been using one Tbs in water (soaked for at least a few hours to moisten it real well) with 2 tsp of psyllium, once a day. I'm still using the liquid Bentonite two other times a day per usual dose, so I don't go too far over the ususal dose of liquid bentonite. I really think this has made a difference.
Can I use beets instead of carrot juice since I don't have juicer?
And one question unrelated to this post: Do you know why the bowel cleansing can cause detox reactions since the Bentonite is so good at absorbing toxins? Some days I have chills, and headaches, that I'm pretty sure are not anything else.
