Re: When is colon cleanse finished?

This is one of those difficult questions to answer...theoretically you could thoroughly cleanse your colon and keep it that way IF you stopped eating mucoid-forming foods, eliminated stress and avoided toxic exposures. But realistically speaking maintenance cleansing is necessary. You can stop a Colon Cleanse at any time, but if you are passing a significant amount of mucoid plaque I would suggest that you continue until the release has slowed down considerably or stopped...or if your body gives you any indication that it is time to rest from the cleanse. I previously posted indicators of a healthy, well-functioning colon...I'll try to locate it and post it again.
